# messages/inbox (POST)

\*\*\*\*\*Envia incoming message do cliente para o sistema usando external channel.

Alguns parâmetros: 

• external\_id– (opcional) seu id da mensagem. Esse id será enviado de volta a você usando o evento webhook inbox. Esse id também está dsponível via messages (GET). 

• id– idusado para identificar cliente (Qualquer símbolo), exceto phone number. Se você identifica um cliente com número de telefone, use o parâmetro phone. 

• phone – Número de telefone do cliente. Apenas dígitos permitidos. 

Apenas um dos dois parâmetros é aceito: id ou phone. Se ambos ou nenhum for usado, então um erro é retornado. 

• nickname – (opcional) nome do cliente. 

• avatar – (opcional)avatar do cliente (url para uma figura)a ser mostrado na seção Chats. 

Para que este comando funcione você deve ter um external channel Conectado à sua plataforma. Entre em contato com a administração.
