# scenarios (GET)

Retorna uma lista dos items disponíveis do menu de autoatendimento. Request:

Parâmetros: 

• channel\_id– (opcional)idde um canal. O Menu de autoatendimento é diferente para cada canal. 

• level – (opcional) Nível dos itens do menu. Primeiro(origem) nível é o 1 . Alguns campos nos resultados: 

• command – Comando rápido para chamar esse item do menu da interface da web. 

• parentID– Id do item superior do menu. Se o item atual é o principal, é retornado null.

• position – posição do atual item de menu em seu nível. 

• level – nível do atual item do menu. 

• url – url para chamar quando esse item do menu é escolhido por um cliente. 

• url\_enabled– se é igual a 1, tentão o sistema será enviado de volta ao cliente a resposta em texto que a url acima retorna. 

• assign\_id– se é igual a 1,então a conversa

 com o atual cliente será atribuída para o operador especificado (se não foi atribuída ainda). 

• assign\_subject – para quem atribuir o chat (veja o item anterior). 

• image – link para imagem ou PDF que é enviada quando esse item do menu é escolhido (assim como texto). 

• tag\_id – tag para atribuir ao request (pedido)(não ao cliente) quando este item do menu é escolhido.
