# Macros

Na aba de “Macros”, poderá ser configurado a criação de macros. Os macros são configurações onde você pode rodar uma ou mais ações pré configuradas com apenas um clique no chat com um cliente. Para criar uma macro, será necessário clicar em “CRIAR UMA MACRO” e seguir os passos:

**Caso deseje adicionar comandos ao macro, será necessário clicar em “CRIAR COMANDO” e seguir os seguintes passos:**

Após realizar essa operação, será necessário clicar em “ADICIONAR COMANDO À MACRO”:
