# URA de autoservicio

**NOTA: En Telegram, los elementos del menú se presentan como botones.**

Inicialmente, para la configuración, debe elegir el canal en el que estará el URA, verificar que el menú esté activado y verificar cómo es la invitación (mensaje de inicio):

Luego, para crear un tema de URA, deberás hacer clic en "CREAR NUEVO ITEM DE MENÚ":

Después de esta realización, se configurará el primer elemento del URA. Si quieres hacerlo con más personas, puedes hacerlo realizando la misma operación. Aquí hay un ejemplo:

También existe la posibilidad de agregar un submenú a los temas, para realizar esta operación es necesario hacer clic nuevamente en “CREAR NUEVO ÍTEM DE MENÚ”
