# Facebook

* REGLAS

En Facebook, no hay tantas reglas que hagan imposible conectar Facebook con Chat2Desk. Sin embargo, existen algunas instrucciones que se deben seguir para el correcto funcionamiento del módulo en la plataforma, ellas son:

\*Desactivación de mensajes automáticos de Facebook;

\*Usar Facebook solo en la plataforma;

\*Al cambiar una contraseña para algo relacionado con Facebook, es importante verificar el estado de la conexión, ya que puede ser necesaria una reconexión.

* VERIFICACIÓN DEL STATUS:

Después de que Facebook ya se haya implementado en el plan, podemos verificar si la conexión está establecida en la configuración.

Para averiguarlo, vaya a Configuración > Cuentas y Canales:<br>

Luego, dentro de la pestaña de cuentas y canales, es necesario hacer clic en el canal de Facebook y ver el "estado". Lo correcto es estar "en línea". De lo contrario, se requerirá una reconexión.

* RESPONDER COMENTARIOS EN FACEBOOK:

Para realizar esta operación, debes estar en Configuración > Cuentas y Canales:

Dentro de la pestaña, es necesario seleccionar el canal donde se encuentra Facebook y hacer clic en el lápiz de edición:

Una vez que haga clic, aparecerá la frase "Enable Comments", en traducción libre: "Permitir comentarios". ¡Para responder y permitir comentarios, deberás hacer clic en el cuadro y hacer clic en "Aceptar"!
