# Carga de trabajo - respuestas

En este informe se reporta el tiempo trabajado por cada operador durante el servicio en la utilidad de la plataforma con los estados en "línea". Para generar el informe, es necesario elegir la fecha concreta, luego seleccionar la herramienta sobre la que se informará en el informe y, a continuación, hacer clic en "Generar". Si desea guardarlo/archivarlo para volver a consultarlo más tarde, basta con hacer clic en "Guardar en mis informes":
