# Cómo conectar mi WhatsApp en la plataforma

Para recibir sus mensajes de WhatsApp en su plataforma, debes seguir los siguientes pasos:

Después de la activación, es necesario leer el Código QR:

Siga estos pasos para leer su código:

1- Accede a <https://painel.chat2desk.com.br/>  como Administrador

2- Haz clic en el icono de WhatsApp

3- Selecciona el Canal

4- Escanea tu código QR

Si solicita informar un token, ingrese el número de token que se encuentra en su plataforma.

Para ubicar su Token, ingrese aquí, ingrese su contraseña cuando se le solicite, copie el TOKEN.

5- Para acceder a sus chats y a todos los recursos de la plataforma, simplemente acceda a <https://painel.chat2desk.com.br/app>  y haz clic en "Mis chats" en el panel.

Al registrar su número, acepta los términos de servicio de WhatsApp:
