# Tienes mensajes que no subiste a la plataforma, ¿qué hacer?

Si tu número es un plan vía Código QR, es decir, no está alojado en nuestro servidor y los mensajes ni siquiera se leen en WhatsApp (tienen un botón verde), como en la captura de pantalla:

Importante: No lea en su celular mensajes que no hayan sido subidos a la plataforma, comuníquese directamente con nuestro soporte.

Sigue estos pasos:

1- Accede a <https://painel.chat2desk.com.br>  como Administrador

2- Haz clic en el icono de WhatsApp

3- Selecciona el Canal

4- Si se muestra el código QR, lea su código QR

Si está conectado y aparece así a continuación:

Haz clic en Desconectar y vuelva a leer el Código QR.
