# Lentidão na plataforma

Normalmente quando a sua plataforma está lenta aparece essa mensagem no topo da plataforma quando está em sua conta, isso quer dizer que sua conexão com a internet está lenta ou "caiu".&#x20;

Recomendamos que faça um teste de conexão da velocidade da internet:

**Também recomendamos que reinicie o roteador ou teste com outra conexão**

Caso não seja a conexão , pode ser o CPU da sua máquina que esteja sobrecarregado,  caso ele fique entre 70% á 100% , a máquina vai ter um desempenho lento. Segue um passo a passo de como conferir:
