# Carga de trabalho do operador atualmente

Neste relatório, é possível visualizar em cada operador sobre as conversas abertas e pedidos concluídos. Para gerar o relatório, é só informar o tipo de gráfico que deseja, em seguida, só clicar em "Gerar relatório", e caso deseje visualizar novamente depois, só clicar em "Baixar relatório".
