Neste relatório, é possível verificar os status dos operadores, tempo da última resposta, quanto tempo se passou desde que a mensagem foi enviada. Para gerar o relatório, é só clicar em "Gerar relatório" e caso deseje verificar o mesmo relatório posteriormente, é só clicar em "Baixar relatórios".
