# Lista de Conversas com atraso na resposta

Neste relatório, é possível filtrar conversas com minutos de atraso mediante a resposta. Primeiramente informamos o número de minutos que a conversa ficou sem resposta, em seguida, selecionamos a ferramenta na qual será reportada esse processo, assim, clicamos em gerar e caso queira salvar/arquivar o relatório, é só clicar em “Salvar em Meus Relatórios”:
