# Mensagens por operador

**Neste relatório, podemos averiguar em média quantas mensagens são recebidas e enviadas por cada operador. Para gerar tal relatório, será necessário, escolher uma data específica, em seguida, selecionar a ferramenta na qual será reportada no relatório e em seguida gerá-la. Ademais, caso queira salvar para averiguar novamente depois, será necessário clicar em “Salvar em Meus Relatórios”:**

Caso deseje averiguar apenas as recebidas ou apenas as enviadas, é necessário clicar no nome da qual deseja que desapareça, por exemplo, desejamos apenas averiguar as recebidas, nesse caso, clicamos em “Outgoing” (Enviadas), assim averiguamos apenas as recebidas:<br>
