Neste relatório, conseguimos averiguar todos os operadores, de forma ampla, visualizando os status e a quantidade de chats abertos e finalizados de cada um no momento (no dia). Para gerarmos, é necessário apenas clicar em gerar, pois a data já é configurada pelo dia de hoje e o horário será realizado a partir do momento que alguém gera:
