# Tráfego por canal

Neste relatório, conseguimos averiguar o tráfego de cada canal, visualizando o número de mensagens recebidas e enviadas juntas de um determinado tempo. Para gerar o relatório, é necessário escolher a data, em seguida, selecionar a ferramenta na qual será reportada o relatório, assim que selecionar ambas, poderá gerar clicando em “Gerar”. Caso deseje salvar/arquivar para averiguar novamente depois, pode clicar em “Salvar para Meus Relatórios”:
