# Tráfego por Mensageiro

Neste relatório, conseguimos averiguar todo o tráfego em números de um determinado mensageiro, por exemplo: tráfego do WhatsApp, tráfego do e-mail, tráfego do live chat, etc. Nesse caso, poderá selecionar todos ao mesmo tempo, ou apenas alguns, de acordo com a preferência de quem irá solicitar o reporte. Para gerar o relatório, primeiramente precisamos selecionar a data específica, em seguida selecionar os mensageiros que serão reportados no relatório, junto com a ferramenta que será gerada. Em seguida, apenas clicar em “gerar” e caso queira salvar/arquivar para averiguar posteriormente, é necessário apenas clicar em “Salvar em Meus Relatórios”
