Na nossa plataforma, há o recurso de tickets, que podem ser uteis, principalmente para gerenciar/visualizar ocorrências mais especificas.&#x20;

Após criado, você pode atribui-lo ao chat clicando aqui, nesse setor de Solicitação do atendimento
